Hello,

I am stuck on the last step, step 6, on the Micro-Certification in Service Now University.

Anybody have any helpful hints on what I am missing?

could you possibly share what course are you taking? 

If it is Welcome to ServiceNow, then give this a read: Complete Guide: Welcome to ServiceNow (Zurich) Micro-Certification Assessment Task Notes.

If it is another course, please share which one is that, your requirement is too vague to answer you meaningfully 😛

EDIT: also when you say "Step 6 is not validated", nobody remembers it by heart, so it would be a great help if you could share the requirements, then what you did and we can review/suggest what to do next
