Migrating ServiceNow Instance to Hyperscaler (Azure)

Hi ,

I am currently exploring the migration of our ServiceNow instance to a hyperscaler environment (specifically Microsoft Azure), and I’d appreciate any insights or lessons learned from those who’ve gone through a similar transition.

A few areas I’m particularly curious about:

• What has been your experience with performance, scalability, and reliability post-migration?

• Has the support from ServiceNow changed in any way with external infrastructure ? ( any change in incident handling, operations changes )

I’m especially interested in practical, real-world feedback—both technical and operational. If you’ve migrated or are considering it, I’d love to hear your perspective.
