@spp02125  Short answer: Your ServiceNow training instance appears to be hibernated or expired.

Immediate actions:

  1. Check ServiceNow Developer site - Log into https://developer.servicenow.com
  2. Wake/Extend instance - Look for "Manage Instance" option to wake hibernated instances
  3. Contact ServiceNow Support - If wake option isn't available, submit ticket through developer portal
  4. Check email - ServiceNow sends hibernation/expiration notifications

Common causes:

  • Instance auto-hibernates after inactivity (usually 10 days)
  • Training instance expired beyond extension period
  • Account/subscription issues

If the instance is permanently gone, you'll need to request a new one through the ServiceNow Developer program. Training instances have limited lifespans and cannot always be recovered.

Glad I could help! If this solved your issue, please mark it as Helpful and Accept as Solution so others can benefit too.*****Chavan A.P. | Technical Architect | Certified Professional*****

Hi @Chavan AP

I think you used genAI to create this answer? Much of what you've posted is wrong.

Hi @spp02125 ,

Based on your screenshot your question doesn't make sense?.... From the screenshot you can click "open my instance" to start building according to the ServiceNow University module that you're working on.

If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
