Service bridge change bonding

We have implemented Incident and Request bonding using Service Bridge (SB). Want to get views from community whether SB offers change bonding as an OOB functionality or not. Not able to find SB as a product or a board.

Service Bridge does not offer change bonding as an OOB functionality. Its primary OOB capabilities are designed for Incident and Request management, allowing service providers and their customers to seamlessly work on these records across different ServiceNow instances. While the framework may be extensible, creating a bond for Change Management would require a custom integration and is not a standard, supported feature.
