OOTB of New Hire Onboarding (Demo)

I am early In ServiceNow HRSD journey, why can't I find the OOTB of New Hire Onboarding (Demo) under Manage HR Catalog after installing the relevant HR plugins?

Hi @ChunjiJ ,

Please activate "Human Resources Scoped App: Lifecycle Events" ,or Journey Designer or Journey Accelerators plugins with demo data. It should be appear HR Service, Manage Life cycles & HR related record Producers.

If you have activated HRSD plugins, you should get the flow out of box. 

If you have not activated the plugins along with demo data, follow below steps to activate demo data. Go to System Definition -> Plugins

There could be many reasons...

>> The Lifecycle Events (or Lifecycle Event Enterprise) plugin may not be installed/activated. Without it, onboarding events / demo items are not created.....

>> Demo Data might not have been selected during plugin installation. The demo version of onboarding content comes from demo data....

>> The HR Taxonomy plugin / configuration might be required so that the HR catalog & categories show up correctly.....

If you share the list of HR plugins you have installed (including which ones are active) + whether demo data was installed, I can help you pinpoint what’s missing in your setup....
