Hi Team,
Request your help retrieving my instance as all my learning is saved in it
My dev/training instance is not showing.I have my instance extended .However when i open the instance it says site cannot be reached.please take a look at belowlink

Most of the times in these cases- lost data is not recovered, we get the fresh instance only so finally your issue is resolved although Partially. Please select the appropriate answer as solution accepted and close the thread. As per my POV- you should appreciate efforts from everyone .

Hi @spp02125 ,
Many times it happens, your lab instance is hibernating or terminated so you have 2 options -Either wait it to be wake up and running or get a fresh lab instance as you can request upto 8 lab instances and even can extend those. After geeting a fresh lab instance, redo the activity, it will help you in revising the topic so no harm in it.

If your instance is in hibernation, wait for 20 minutes wake it up. From your screenshot, it should be available and you should be able to access it. If you have bookmarked and trying direct URL, try accessing using 'Open My Instance'. If it does not work, try to login from Incognito or InPrivate Window.
It it still does not work, create a case via Now Learning Help Center

I tried following above steps but did notget back my previous work but was abl eto get new instance
Although i was looking at getting my lost data im happy that something atleast is working
