I'm looking for working with our 3rd party configuration vendor and wads wondering if there were any tips that could be shared.

Hello @cbomgardner ,

For ServiceNow 3rd-party vendor configurations, always prefer OOB functionality, provide only the required access, follow the WADS/change approval process, avoid direct production changes, properly document customizations, and test everything in Dev =>Test/UAT => Production. Also review vendor changes for security, performance, maintainability, and upgrade compatibility.

If this helps you then mark it as helpful and accept as solution.
