Now Assist Kill Kit activation

Hi all,

Please provide some support on how to activate the Now Assist Skill Kit.

Our business demo instance is up to date (Xanadu), and has all Gen AI plugins updated to the latest versions however I can't see the sn_skill_builder.admin role to added to a specific user, so I don't have access to NA Skill Kit.

Please provide some guidance if possible.

Since the docs only say that you need to be on Xanadu and have updated all of your Now Assist plugins (which you have), I would reach out to ServiceNow Support about this.

It's only recently that they created the possibility to use Now Assist on Demo instances. It could very well be that the Now Assist Skill Kit is not part of the features they released for Demo instances.

• If you have acquired a Now Assist license, you should be able to activate it. If not, contact support for them to understand why the entitlement hasn't gone through.
• If you don't have the Now Assist license – contact your account team and discuss.

The Now Assist license is activated (we have the OOTB skills activated. The issue is that I can't find that specific role! However, I will reach out to Now Support to get some clarification!
