Now Learning Issue - Missing Achievements, Badges and all details

Hi All,

I am not able to see my Learning achievements(Badges, Courses, Credentials) , also could not see current progressions in now learning portal. It looks like a new account, Is there any maintenance issue?

I agree with Sandeep. I have also had these issues before and can only get it resolved via a case being created. Go to the help center. https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/pages/now-learning-help-center?id=nl_kb_home and log a new ticket.

This might happen due to the technical issue, even the same thing happened with me. Create a case from now learning, this is not a big issue. They will sort this out in short period of time.
