I'm looking for specific requirements (servers, database, application server) that are required to install an on premise ServiceNow application. Unfurtunately I couldn't find it into product documentation.

Hi,
This information is available.
ServiceNow is, as Alessandro has detailed above, cloud based application, however for a breakdown of on-premise requirements, your ServiceNow Account Manager may be able to provide some of the following information if approved.
They may be able to assist with (not limited to):
- Application Layer
- Total Servers: RAM/ Server size, CPU Cores, Nodes, etc..
- Database Layer
- Total Servers: RAM/ Server size, Cores, Storage type, etc..
- Backup
- Supporting Applications
- Monitoring
- Hardware & Sizing / Scaling
- and various others...
Please either reach-out to an Approved ServiceNow Partner or your ServiceNow Account Representative and I'm sure either will be happy to help.
Another option is to log a ticket if you are an existing customer via the HI Portal. ServiceNow Hi
I cannot provide any details of the above as it is confidential information and may only be published by ServiceNow themselves.
