Since you haven't adopted yet, the practical advice is... don't start. The app technically remains installable until your instance moves to Brazil, and it stays functional on existing instances after that, but building a new operating model on something with a hard support end date will be tough.
One more thing I'd do in your shoes: raise it with your ServiceNow account executive team and ask the roadmap question directly. Deprecations without a named successor sometimes mean the capability resurfaces later inside another product. If enough customers ask, you'll at least get a signal on whether to wait or build around it.
