On premise instance requirements

I'm looking for specific requirements (servers, database, application server) that are required to install an on premise ServiceNow application. Unfurtunately I couldn't find it into product documentation.

I have a question about the operating/hosting model of ServiceNow. I know that ServiceNow is primarily a cloud solution.

But is it besides this also possible to set up an on-premise/private-cloud installation and operation at a customer-side data center, if security policies preclude a provider-sited solution?

I am not allowed to view it. So the question about ServiceNow Base Environment is still open to me. Isn't there somewhere a ressource available which contains all the requisites like OS, DB, Middleware, etc... ????

Hi,

this is a special Knowledge Base in HI-Portal about on-premise topics, which is restricted to selected users. There you can find all prerequisites and system requirements. Also, deployment guides are available there. Maybe you should contact your Partner Manager to get access to it. Also, you can try to ask these questions via HI-Ticket.
