PDI instance is not accessible due to suspended state.

Hi Community,

 

All of sudden i am not able to access the PDI instance. I am getting this error "dev248437.service-now.com is currently in a suspended state. Please reach out to your sales contact to re-enable your instance.

 

Can anyone suggest what could be the issue.

If your  your Servicenow Developer PDI  has been stuck in a "launching," "waking up"  or not getting online state for more than 24 hours, then  I will  advice you  to release the instance and request a new one .   

 

As you know there is no support available for PDI.

As you might know, there is no support available for PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:

  1. Wait, it should come online again after some undefined time.
  2. Release the instance and request a fresh installation.
