I can't get in my PDI instance due to infrastructure maintenance. It will be back online soon. It has been a week now. What can I do?

What can you do? Nothing.
This is business as usual with PDIs at present and ServiceNow are offering absolutely no support, advice, or assistance.

ServiceNow developers deserve better than the current PDI infrastructure mess.
I'd appreciated your support with this post, it's time get the company to listen and take action.

You will need to wait until the backend maintenance is completed and your PDI is back up and running.
Keep refreshing your instance from developer portal with some regular interval.
Please note that support is not available for PDI instances.
If you have any urgent work, you may choose to release your current instance and request a new PDI. However, please be aware that doing so will result in the loss of your existing work.
Additionally, several members have reported a waiting list for new PDI requests for the Brazil release, so getting a new instance may take some time.
