Hi @ShashiS

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:

  1. Wait, it should automatically come online again after some time
  2. If you get tired of waiting, release you instance and request a fresh installation. Notice, all development work that hasn't been backed up will be lost for good.

If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.

Best regards

Hello @ShashiS

  • This message usually means that your Personal Developer Instance (PDI) has been inactive for some time and has been placed in a suspended state.
  • Since PDIs are part of a free program, they are not eligible for direct support from ServiceNow.
  • If it's not urgent, you can wait a bit to see if the instance becomes available again.
  • However, if the suspension is blocking your work, you can release the current instance and request a new one through the ServiceNow Developer Site. This will let you resume your development without further delays.

Hope this helps!
