I am getting the following error- "Service Interruption: This instance is unavailable" when I try to login in to my instance Service Interruption: This instance is unavailable. My instance id is https://dev205484.service-now.com/.

Hello @johnjagoe
Unfortunately, There is no support available for PDIs.
You can refresh the instance and try again later.
If it doesn't work, you have to release the PDI inti Pool and request for a new PDI.

Hi @johnjagoe
As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:
- Wait, it should come online after some time
- if you get tired of waiting, release the instance and request a fresh installation. NOTICE, if you do this, every development that you haven't backed up will be lost for good.
