PDI Stuck in "Waking Instance

Hi everyone,
 
My PDI running on the Zurich release is stuck in “Waking Instance” and never finishes loading. In the new Developer Portal UI, there are no options available to release, reset, or manage the instance.
Clicking the instance does nothing, and the old management links (such as /manage or /activate) are returning 404. I cannot release the PDI by myself.
 
I wanted to release it so I could request a new one, I’ve been stuck with this issue for weeks.

Hi @gariane,

 

whn my PDI got stuck like this, I was still able to access it via /login.do and to export my configurations and data.

 

From this page https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/manage-instance 

are you able to wipe / release that instance?
