Hi, error message while saving Platform Analytics Dashboard.
1-Added description & save click is throwing error "Your dashboard could not be saved", however saving the description.
2-Marked as Certified & save click is throwing error "Your dashboard could not be saved", however saving the as Certified.
3-Added Owner group & save click is throwing error "Your dashboard could not be saved" But NOT saved Owner group.
Is there way to debug & know more info on this issue / fix ?

Start by checking if there are any updates to the app from the Application Manager. I started with PAE and was happy with it, but with every new SN version and every app update it seems like more and more is breaking.
If you are completely up to date, log a case with NowSupport. There is a new Store release on the way (supposed to be released this week) and maybe they fixed this in it, but they should be able to tell you what is going on.
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.

I'm getting a similar issue.
I've noted a workaround for myself but haven't had time to try to work out why this work around works and/or if this will resolve your scenario, but posting it here just in case (and also as a reminder to myself to go back a work out why this works when I have a bit more time spare).
Give the below a try and mark as correct/helpful if it works for you.
- I was working in my own Update Set trying to make changes to the Dashboard.
- I noted that the Dashboard was already captured within another active Update Set within the same Application Scope that I was working in.
- I changed my Update Set in the Update Set Picker to the other one (where the Dashboard was already captured).
- It allowed me to save without an issue.
I noted that when it did fail there was an error logged that started "DASHBOARD_API: Edit API - Permission denied VARIABLES: sysId: . . . I've removed the sys_id . . . , editedDashboardDto: DashboardDto . . ."
which also included the line "PermissionDeniedException [Element=par_dashboard, Operation=WRITE]: com.snc.par.dashboards.db.DashboardDao.update(DashboardDao.java:147)"
If I find out anymore I'll update in line here 🙂 . . . good luck 🙂

So, not sure if this will help anyone but I encountered this issue today and after trying a few different options found one that seemed to work. Well, for me anyway. I tried cycling the active state on the dashboard record, tried re-loading xml, tried the update set switch option, none of that seemed to work.
I found that my dashboard visibility settings hadn't moved over with the dashboard when I loaded it up to prod. I added in the missing options, based on what was set in dev, and suddenly I was able to save the dashboard. Hope that helps some of you.
Go into edit mode
Select the "i" icon "view dashboard details"
In the "Dashboard Visibility" section verify if you have anything set, and if it matches the environment you moved it from.
