Hello All,
I have gone through past questions that have been answered and tried all the steps to removing User Criteria and other settings on the KLnowledge Base. Made sure the pages are public. I still cant get knowledge base articles to show up on some widgets and also lists. Also, I cant access them even if they show up on some widgets.

You have to make the page public, widgets public, if possible add read criteria on knowledge article also public. then you directly open the public page.
if possible remove your portal suffix and replace it with $sp.do

I did all of this, I got this when I switched the suffix to $sp.do
We use the ESC portal
The widget just doesn't populate the articles. I can see it though.
I did the read criteria on knowledge article too

If the page or any widget on the page is not public, it will take you to the login screen
Can you try creating a new public page and see what is the behavior with that custom page
