Public access to knowledge base

Hello All,

 

I have gone through past questions that have been answered and tried all the steps to removing User Criteria and other settings on the KLnowledge Base. Made sure the pages are public. I still cant get knowledge base articles to show up on some widgets and also lists. Also, I cant access them even if they show up on some widgets.

Can you add your knowledge base to your portal configuration

they were there.

 

Create a new portal and add this knowledge base and try to open this page to rule out the issues with your existing portal
