We are developing ServiceNow University portals and pages, and as part of this initiative, we are introducing a new role called Training Admin.
When a Training Admin logs in for the first time, the system should:
Display a Welcome message (“Welcome to ServiceNow”).
Automatically launch a guided walkthrough on the same page, covering:
Account setup
Roles and details
Assignments
Credits ETC deatails.
This functionality must be implemented using UI Builder for the landing page and an appropriate walkthrough mechanism. Please note that Guided Tour modals are not used in ServiceNow portals, so the solution should rely on portal‑compatible components ( UI Builder experiences, client scripts, or custom widgets Scoped apps ) to deliver the guided flow.
The walkthrough should trigger automatically upon the first login of a Training Admin, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
