Sending emails to Ownership Groups.

Hello, 

 

We are new to ServiceNow and trying to set up an Ownership Group in KM.  We have created an email DL for this group, but we can't get it to work.  Can anyone tell me what data format is this field expecting?

Or will email notification go to individual email addresses of members in the group?

When sending notification from ServiceNow to Ownership Group field on KB-record, it will send to all users in that Ownership group.

I've tested it and can confirm that's the case. But take a look on triggering conditions.

 

Below link explains extended tables:
"Notifications with 'Changes', 'Changes to' and 'Changes from' will not be triggered if the conditions are met on any extending tables. This is by design."
