ServiceNow CTA payment not reflecting in application status

Hello Community,
I was selected for the ServiceNow CTA Program starting in February and completed the payment online successfully. However, the payment is not reflected on my application status page.
I have already opened a ServiceNow support case regarding this issue, but I have not received any response yet. It's been more than 10 days.
Has anyone faced a similar situation?
Are there any additional steps I should take or a specific team/contact I should reach out to in order to resolve this before the program start date?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

ServiceNow Support doesn't handle NowLearning issues. You need to create a Case on NowLearning related to this. Update it daily, because the response can be terrible, especially now that there is a freeze in preparation for the update to Zurich exams.
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.

I apologize if I was not clear the first time. I opened the case on Now Learning for the first time.
