I have a custom application currently on the ServiceNow Store (version 2.x), and I am preparing the next release (3.0). I would like to test the upgrade path from 2.x to 3.0 before submitting the new version for Store certification.
What are the best practices for upgrade testing before certification?
Any guidance or references to documentation would be appreciated.
