ServiceNow CTA payment not reflecting in application status

Hello Community,
I was selected for the ServiceNow CTA Program starting in February and completed the payment online successfully. However, the payment is not reflected on my application status page.
I have already opened a ServiceNow support case regarding this issue, but I have not received any response yet. It's been more than 10 days.
Has anyone faced a similar situation?
Are there any additional steps I should take or a specific team/contact I should reach out to in order to resolve this before the program start date?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

NowLearning is really bad in tickets that they can't quickly answer. I have had tickets responded very fast with answers that didn't make sense on the ticket, but were answers they could quickly copy from a knowledge base to my ticket. Asking them to read my question first instead of scanning for keywords always take longer.
Your ticket doesn't sound like it's normal, so they are avoiding it. Update it at the beginning of your workday and again at the end, if you didn't have a reply yet, makes sure that you keep alerting them.
