Show or Hide variables based on choices

I have created clients scripts for show or hide the variables depending upon choices in a record producer, but when I submitted the form for request or incident whatever ritm or inc is creating that ritm or incident variables is not working properly in backend.

Can you please elaborate more on this, what is actually not working? Do you want show/hide variables on RITM level as well. then make sure client script are Applies on Requested Items view as well.

I did the same as you shown in picture, but variables show or hide is not working on ritm level

Can you please also check by making UI type to All ?

For all script i used ui type all only.
