The "Waking up instance" status doesn't end on my PDI

The "Waking up instance" status doesn't end on my PDI. Has anyone solved it?

Hi @YongkiLee 

 

As you might know, there is no support available from servicenow in relation to PDI, hence your limited to two options :

- Wait, it should come back after some time.

- when you get tired of  waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Note, all work that you haven't  backed up will be lost for good.

I have the same issue for the last few days as well.. hopefully it will come back.
