Walk-up module is newly added in Australia upgrade or not. I have to understand this.

Walk-up module is newly added in Australia upgrade or not. I have to understand this. Because my previous instance was yokohama and in that i culdn't see walk-up module. but after asutralia upgrade i could see this.

The Walk-up module was not introduced as part of the Australia upgrade.

The Walk-up Experience had already been introduced  as part of the ITSM capabilities.

If it was not visible in Yokohama, it was most likely because it had not been activated or configured in your previous environment.

The Walk-up Experience plugin com.snc.walkup may have been manually activated during your post-Australia upgrade activities or enabled through an updated ITSM package bundle.
