So my company has rolled this out. I still see the follow button on tickets but there's no longer the follow square on the upper right that opens the list of all the tickets I'm following that then lets me open the recent comments tab.
There was another posting on this forum that sounded like the entire follow feature is getting deprecated. Is this the case?
I use the follow function to keep an eye on tickets that are escalated out of my queue, are no longer in my name but I want to keep an eye on.
