We’re excited to share the latest Supplier Lifecycle Operations updates for the Yokohama release! This release focuses on enhancing user experience, improving supplier relationship management, and integrating advanced features to optimize the supplier lifecycle. 

 

Key Areas
 

Now Assist for SLO – AI-powered case summarization and conversational intake make it easier for suppliers and managers to stay informed and take action—now with multilingual support. 

Supplier Relationship & Performance Management – Flexible KPI creation, enhanced dashboards, and Action Plans for under-performing KPIs help you track and improve supplier performance with precision. 

Many-to-many (M2M) contact mapping – Supplier contacts can now manage multiple supplier records under a single login, simplifying collaboration across parent-subsidiary structures. 

Self-registration for supplier contacts – Supplier contacts can now register using a company name, supporting multiple domains under a single supplier.

  • Conversational intake for suppliers: Suppliers can interact via an AI-powered interface to request profile updates, submit cases, and track inquiry statuses. 
  • AI-powered supplier onboarding: Automates supplier onboarding—validates data, checks duplicates, creates tasks, and communicates with suppliers. 
  • Now Assist summarization panel: View case summaries directly in Now Assist, with multilingual support for global teams. 
  • Multilingual support for summarization: Summaries are available in the user’s preferred language, enhancing accessibility for global teams. 

Supplier Relationship and Performance Management 

  • Flexible KPI tracking: Supplier managers can create KPIs without predefined templates, simplifying setup and improving agility. 
  • Enhanced KPI management: Includes better threshold configuration, clearer error messaging, and improved dashboard visualizations. 
  • Multiple dimensions for KPI tracking: Supports both supplier-level and contract-level KPIs. 
  • Action Plans for under-performing KPIs: Enables creation of milestone-driven plans to address performance gaps, with tasks visible and actionable by suppliers in the Supplier Collaboration Portal. 

Many-to-many (M2M) mapping  

  • Multi-supplier access: A single supplier contact can manage multiple supplier records, especially in parent-subsidiary structures, via a unified login. 
  • Cross-domain registration: Contacts can register using a company name across different email domains, simplifying onboarding for distributed teams.
