Banner Announcement Visibility for Logged-in Users

How do I make a Service Portal banner announcements only visible to logged-in users?

Hi @GwynethPhoS 

 

1. Navigate to m2m_announcement_uc_can_view.LIST

2. Create a new record.  Select user criteria in Can view. You can create user criteria for logged in users

Steps

1) Activate 'User Criteria for Service Portal' plugin

2) Uncheck Public checkbox from your announcement

3) Then use "Can View" and "Cannot View" related list to restrict

4) Create User Criteria with script and check if user is logged in or not and then add this in "Can View" related list

Trying to edit User Criteria for SP Announcements, pages, and widgets.

How can we display announcement based on user location
