How to make the supplier document available In Supplier Portal, we have My company-> Documents.

I have configured SupplierDocument Configuration and executed. In Source to pay workspace i have uploaded the document but it is not visible in the supplier portal for the supplier contacts My company-> Documents. 

 

Only if it is visible they can attach the documents . Its very urgent kindly help

Hello Chitra! Can you attach the screenshot of Document Configuration, Supplier Collaboration portal -> Company page and Document Related list in Source to pay workspace of the same supplier.

For me it is working, I am able to attach the documents as Primary Relationship Manager in Source-to-pay workspace for particular supplier and it is reflecting in the supplier collaboration portal.

1. Validate your supplier document configuration.

2. Check whether that user has proper ACL permission on sys_attachment.
