Make attachment mandatory when task is completed from Supplier portal

Hi All,

I have a requirement to make attachment mandatory when a vendor contact completes the task from the Supplier Collaboration Portal.

In the activity there is an attachment button, that should become mandatory when vendor contact clicks on complete button. 

Please help me on achieving this requirement.
