I am working with the Source-to-Pay (S2P) Workspace and would like to understand the configurability of the left-hand navigation panel under the Lists tab.
In my instance, the navigation contains categories and sub-categories such as:
- My work
- Open cases
- Open tasks
- Open interactions
- Review needed
- Unassigned cases
- Unassigned tasks
- All work
- Cases
- PLPL Cases
- Closed cases
- Interactions
- Closed interactions
- Orders
- All purchase orders
- All contracts
- Receipts
- Invoices
- All invoices
- Knowledge
- Procurement articles
Questions:
- Can these categories (e.g., My work, Orders, Invoices) be renamed?
- Can category or sub-category items be hidden based on business requirements?
- Can we create new categories and sub-categories and add custom lists/views to them?
- If customization is supported, where is this configuration maintained (Workspace Experience, UI Builder, Declarative Actions, Navigation Items, or another configuration area)?
- Are there any limitations specific to the out-of-box S2P Workspace that prevent modifying these navigation items?
I checked the workspace configuration but could not identify where these list navigation items are defined.
Any guidance or documentation references would be appreciated.

Yes you can configure the list. Navigate to the source-to-pay workspace experience in UI builder.
Navigate to List (default) page under List using the drop-down.
Then under content click on "List nav" under body.
In the config pane on the right there are 3 links to configure Worklists:
Menu confiig list (sys_ux_list_menu_config_list): For S2P use PSM Default.
