Subsciption Management dashboard - Wrong allocations

Hi all,

 

In the Subscription Management dashboard I see 0/10 allocated licenses for "Source to Pay operations", even if they should be 10/10 allocated.

I can only see those which are "purchased".

I cannot even see the button to update the dashboard that I noticed in other environments.

 

can you please support?

Hi Tommaso!

I have recently checked with our licensing team and they provided the following guidance. It is likely that you have yet to configure the subscription management dashboard/allocate those users. We do have some webinars/resources on Subscription Management that may be helpful. Also, are you by chance on SM1.0?
