SLO Automatic creation of cases from email

I am looking for what should be triggering the creation of a Supplier Case from this SN Docs page: Automatic creation of cases from email

 

I am not able to find any sort of logic that actually does this anywhere. I have checked inbound actions, flows, subflows, business rules... nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello @Community Alums ,

 

OOTB this functionality doesn't exist. You need to write flow to trigger Supplier case creation via Email.

That is baffling to me as the ServiceNow documentation states 'The supplier administrator can set this property to automatically create a supplier case from an incoming email.' which indicates that OOTB this should work.

This inbound action is included in the Advanced Work Assignment for Supplier Lifecycle Operations

Documention has no mention of inbound email action, I also checked on instance, Is there any other link where we have mention of Inbound email action? what is action name?
