When I duplicated the OOB supplier onboarding playbook, on the activity "show possible duplicates" the buttons which are there in the OOB playbook (continue onboarding, reject) are not visible except open list button.
Attached are images of the activity in OOB playbook and Duplicated playbook. Is there anything missed while duplicating? please suggest.
FYI: I have updated the schedule and decision table for case playbook with the duplicated one already

I had the same issue. Check the supplier table conditions in the automation tab.
