Unable to create Receipts and Invoices from Purchase Order

Dear All,

We are trying to create Receipt and Invoices from Purchase Order / Purchase Order Line wrt Purchase Requisition but facing any issue in creating that.

Requesting your urgent help in above issue or please help us with the process of creating Receipt and Invoices  incase we are missing on something important.

Hello,

ServiceNow does not generate invoices automatically from PO. There are two options here:

  1. Supplier creates invoice and submits it using email, supplier portal, etc.
  2. APO specialist can create an invoice manually on the Source-To-Pay Workspace.

Receipt tasks are created automatically for each PO that has PO lines for items of type "goods".

The business owner of PO (the person who ordered goods) should close the receipt tasks when items were delivered.
