Scenario 1: I wanted to preserve the Dev logo, Example on our Dev instance we have our Logo on the very top left-hand side as ServiceNow Dev, same for Test and for prod we have ServiceNow,
So, when we do clone down from prod to Dev the logo is overridden as Just ServiceNow instead od ServiceNow Dev, So I wanted to Preserve that Logo
Q 1: How to Do it or where to do it
Q 2: In which instance I have to do it.
Scenario 2: I wanted to preserve the MID servers on the Data Source table, let's say in our dev we have SCCM Integration going on for Computers, Disks etc. so we have a mid Server associated to Dev, that it let's say XYZ001, Same thing in Prod but the MID Servers are Prod associated let's say ABC002, when Clone happens the Mid Servers are getting overridden by prod, So I wanted to Preserve that.
Q 1: How to implement it
Q 2: Where to Implement it in which Instance and on which table.
I need an Elaborated explanation on these scenarios any help will be really appreciated.
