I'm working with contracts in Sales CRM, and I have a few questions;
Customer Contracts and Customer Contract Lines are created automatically when Product Offerings have the Create Contract flag set to true, but is there a way to prevent the contract creation in the sales process?
When Contracts and Contract Lines are created, the related list of Products Covered is not populated automatically. Is that the intended behaviour? Should the logic to populate Products Covered records be part of the implementation, or is there a way to enable some OOTB process that should be doing that?
