I am implementing SOMT (Sales and Order Management System) and have come across integration CPQ with SOM to set up the signing certificate that enables secure communication between ServiceNow and Logik.ai. As i was going through the documents and discovered that i will have to request a CPQ instance by creating a case from Now Portal which is fine.

My question is do i have to do this for all of my instances (Dev, UAT, Prod)?
