We have observed a discrepancy between the Total Monthly Price displayed in the Quote Totals section and the value shown in the generated Quote Document.
- In the Quote Totals section, the Total Monthly Price appears to be rounded to the nearest whole value.
- In the Quote Document, the Monthly Price is displayed with the exact decimal value, which seems to be directly derived from the Quote Line Items.
- This behavior has been observed for Monthly Price calculations, particularly when price adjustments are applied.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue?
We would like to understand:
- Is there any out-of-the-box property, system setting, or configuration that controls rounding in the Quote Totals section?
- Does Quote Totals use a different field (for example, cumulative monthly price) than the Quote Document?
- Is there any known functionality or calculation logic that causes the totals to be rounded while retaining decimal precision in the quote document?
