Does anyone know where I can find docs or video tutorials on how to create a policy and definitions for automatically upgrading already-installed acc-f agents across your enterprise's servers (Windows & Linux) and desktops (Windows and MacOS). We have thousands of agents already deployed and want to upgrade the agents through the ServiceNow Agent Client Collector Policy/definitions. Otherwise, what recommendations do others have for accomplishing this? Do you manual download .msi files and upgrade through internal tools?
