Active Rights and Allocations Available of Entitlement on Software Entitlements

Hi,

I Would like to know what functionality for "active rights" and "allocations available" when new entitlement is created 

How these are calculated?

As I observed that when we created new record active rights are Multiplied by 3 with Purchase rights.

I already have the doc definitions available, but not exactly clear with the functionality/calculation. 

Any help would be appreciated!!

Hello @ShanmukGudapati ,

if this happend to all of your entitlements you should create a support case. I was unable to reproduce this issue in my PDI (Tokyo & Utah). By default: Active rights are based on the current entitlement status (in use / retired). Allocations available is calculated - "Active Rights - Number of added allocations for this entitlement"

The following Business Rule is linked to the "Allocations available" field - maybe something was changed there?
