Active scheduled Job is not running

Hi,

 

When we execute this "SAM- Apply latest content change" scheduled job, it is not run.

This job is active but still not running. We checked on job results but this job is not visible in this page.

 

Could any one please help on this.

The Content service setup should be 'Opt In'.

Hi @rohanchouhan22,

it's not required to opt-in to the content service, this feature is to share not normalized data with the ServiceNow content team to increase the normalization rate.

 

You mentioned job is related to the included content updates provided weekly by the content team - Content updates for Software Asset Management (servicenow.com)

 

I've found two KB articles about this job, could you please review both and perform the mentioned tasks to see if this could be the root cause. Please check the sys_log and asset_job_log for any useful outputs.

 

 

If none of these helps you to solve the issue, please raise a case with the support team.
