Adobe Usage ( Last Used)

Hello ServiceNow Community,

We’re currently integrated with Adobe and using SAM Pro to manage our licenses. Last year, we were able to see usage activity in the “Last Used” field within SAM Pro. However, for 2025, we are no longer seeing any usage data populating.

Has anything changed in the way Adobe usage data is ingested into SAM Pro? Is there a specific configuration or update we should be aware of to restore or troubleshoot the feed?

Any guidance on how to verify or re-establish the usage data flow would be appreciated.

Hello,

Can you crosscheck if you 

have requested and installed the Software Asset Management - SaaS License Management Integrations application from the ServiceNow Store

as well , as it might be required as per documentation for usage.

Hi @JonathanW  

We are also facing this issue. This field is blank. It's hard to tell if the users we are getting from the integration are only active users or both active and inactive users, along with their last usage.  Did you find a resolution for this?

@JonathanW if you definitely were seeing a last used time, this might have been within the SAM SSO provider integration section; it could have been an Adobe connect app.

The adobe direct integration can't get usage data; it's not an API adobe provides.
