Hello,
Has anyone integrated Snow Software with ServiceNow? If so, have you seen any good benefits? Looking for use cases that this integration has helped.
PS - One of my customer has already purchased Snow software and had left the organization. No one else knows why this was chosen over Discovery/SAM Pro.
Thanks in advance.

We integrate things because of the relative strengths of different applications.
So the paradox here is the benefits of integrating ServiceNow with Snow is solely reliant on what Snow does better than ServiceNow. If you have both in your environment, its time to ask whomever manages Snow what its chief benefits are.

Hi
We have implemented SAM Professional plugin from ServiceNow in our project and that worked pretty well for us.
Any specific reason why instead of using SAM professional your project is going with SNOW software?
Have not implemented the SNOW one, was checking on it on Net and have found below link on gartner portal. Please see if this helps you on the info on what you are looking for:

Hope this helps. Please mark the answer as correct/helpful based on impact.
