(Article 3_TM) SAM - Identifying New Reclamation Candidates JOB Failed

ISSUE: The OOB job "SAM - Identifying New Reclamation Candidates" (SJR00xxxxx) fails to run successfully on the SNC Instance. Attempts to manually rerun the job also results in failure.
Probable Root Cause: The failure of the "SAM - Identifying New Reclamation Candidates" job is related to a known problem (PRB1937128)
Solution: There are two way-
- Permanent fix - Known problem (PRB1937128) which is scheduled to be fixed in the Australia release
- Workaround - ServiceNow provided workaround update set is recommended applying it in a sub-production instance first, then re-running the job. It its running fine in sub prod , moving the change to Production.
