Asset inventory accuracy validation

Happy New Year!

I have a query regarding HAM module implementation.

Let say a customer is managing hardware inventory manually and their entire inventory has been imported into HAM module during implementation.

Now, how can we validate that the inventory which they were managing manually is accurate as per the actual hardware assets being discovered in ServiceNow (through Intune or discovery etc.)

Vaibhav,

You can utilize the licensed HAM product feature called Audits to perform an audit on any stockroom or location within the ServiceNow instance.  This leverages the Mobile agent app to execute the audit with barcode scanning and reconciles assets found and the detail on the asset record.

This is only available if the customer is licensed for HAM, not just the base Asset Management module.

Yes, the customer is licensed for HAM Pro module and we have the audit capability in place OOTB.

But, what I meant to say is, how can we validate the % accuracy of the asset inventory which was managed manually vs the asset inventory coming through Intune integration in ServiceNow.
