I have developed a custom SaaS integration for Bluebeam using a custom Scheduled Job and Script Include. Currently, I am successfully importing subscription data into the Software Subscription (samp_sw_subscription) table and updating the Last Activity information.
My next requirement is to populate Software Usage (samp_sw_usage) records for Bluebeam users. The ServiceNow Software Usage data is stored in the samp_sw_usage table.What is the recommended approach to populate samp_sw_usage for a custom SaaS integration?
